COVID-19 Update

With the recent and concerning outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that Ultra-X Imaging is closely monitoring the situation. All of us at Ultra-X Imaging are not taking the pandemic lightly and are vigilantly implementing enhanced protocols to ensure the safety of your patients while working to combat the spread of the virus.

• We are monitoring the CDC.gov/coronavirus website and are prepared to implement any necessary changes as they develop.
• Each of our team members have completed a refresher course on our infection control protocols. Standard precautions will be adhered to. Our team members will use hand sanitizer and/or wash their hands with warm water and soap for 20 seconds upon entering facilities, and after each patient interaction.
• Use personal protective equipment such as gloves, gown, face shields, and masks.
• We have ensured that our team is supplied with santi-wipes to wipe down all equipment before and after performing any patient exams. 
• We have instructed our staff to wear gloves while performing exams and dispose of them immediately after. 
• We have informed our employees to stay home if they have a cough or fever and isolate themselves from others for 14 days.

If you suspect any of your patients are infected with the Coronavirus (even if it is not confirmed), please immediately notify our staff when they enter your facility. We have established a specific email at reportcovid19@hcs-group.com to improve communication between our staff and customers.
