Will my insurance cover the x-ray and/or ultrasound if I have the exam performed in my house?

Yes. Medicare and most insurances will pay for in home x-ray and ultrasound services. However, traditional Medicaid does not.

Who qualifies for in home x-ray/ultrasound services?

Anyone who would find it physically or psychologically difficult to obtain the exam outside of their home.

How quickly will my doctor receive the results of the exam?

Typically, within hours of the exam being completed. Your physician can also review the report and images online.

What type of equipment do you have? How does it compare to the equipment in the hospital?

We have state-of-the-art digital x-ray equipment, which is very similar to hospital systems. Our ultrasound units are similar to what hospitals utilize.
